LEARNING COMMUNITIES INFORMATION FOR FACULTY
You will likely find teaching in a learning community both challenging and stimulating. Teaching in a cluster cultivates collaboration with your colleagues from other disciplines as well as collaboration with your students on different projects. It allows you to think about your course curriculum in a new way, and creates a sense of community, both among faculty and between faculty and students.
